Recruiter Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Recruiter Accounts on the Worksome Platform.

Companies utilizing recruiters outside of the Worksome Platform can invite the recruiters to create a Recruiter Account. Upon invitation from the Company, recruiters can upload Recruiter Workers to the Platform, and manage their recruited contingent workforce portfolio through Worksome. When a Recruiter Worker is hired by a Company, the Recruiter is paid their fee through the Worksome platform.

The terms of the recruiter services are governed by the contract between the Company and recruiter. Worksome is not a party to the contract between the Company and recruiter. Worksome facilitates payment and enables Companies and recruiters to manage their recruited contingent workforce through the online platform.

A recruiter must open a Recruiter Account on the Worksome platform to be paid their fee. Once an account is opened, and the Company has issued payment to Worksome, Worksome will pay the recruiter for their services at the rates and for the duration as communicated by the Company to Worksome.

Recruiters who wish to use Worksome to manage their Workers using the integrated Platform by importing their own portfolio of Workers should contact the Worksome Sales Team to discuss possible solutions.
