Terms of Worksome InstaPay

  1. By clicking the “Yes Thank You” button and signing up for Worksome InstaPay, you accept these applicable terms of payment through Worksome InstaPay.
  2. If you sign up for Worksome InstaPay on a single bill, future bills will be handled as a normal bill in Worksome without InstaPay, ie. with payment once the company has paid their invoice from Worksome.
  3. If you sign up for Worksome InstaPay on a contract, all future charges under the contract will automatically be included in your InstaPay agreement and will be subject to these terms.
  4. You can always cancel your registration for Worksome InstaPay on future charges as long as the bill are not approved
  5. If you signed up for Worksome InstaPay on a charge, either as a single sign-up or during a contract signing, and it has been approved by the company, you will not be able to cancel your Instapay payment or the associated fee on that charge.
  6. Worksome InstaPay is only available on charges for companies approved for InstaPay by Worksome.
  7. In order to settle the job and receive the payout, the freelancer must create a bill for the company in the job dialogue and the company must then approve the charge in the job dialogue.
  8. The amount is immediately credited to your Worksome account. Under Your balance, you can request payment to the bank.
  9. THE AMOUNT PAYABLE WILL MATCH THE BILLS TOTAL AMOUNT DEDUCTED WORKSOMES FIXED PROVISION AND A WORKSOME INSTAPAY FEE.
  • The default fee for Worksome InstaPay is 2.9% of the total amount of the bill (unless stated in platform).
  • Default commissions for jobs taken through Worksome make up 4% of the total amount of the bill (unless stated in platform)
  • Fees and commissions are fixed the moment a bill is created and signed up for InstaPay regardless of any changes in future terms.
  1. Payouts will include VAT if the original bill is included VAT
  2. Payment to the bank starts on bank days within 24 hours upon request.
  3. WORKSOME DISCLAIMS THAT THE BUSINESS IS JUSTIFIED TO DISPUTE THE PAYMENT OF THE INVOICE OR FOR OTHER VALID REASONS NOT TO PAY UNTIL THEY HAVE APPROVED THE BILL. IN SUCH CASES WORKSOME MAY REQUIRE THE AMOUNT PAID PAID BACK FROM THE FREELANCER.
  • Valid causes may be one of the following but not exclusive:
  • The bill was created in error.
  • There are errors in the bill.
  • The work required does not match the work done in hours or delivery.
  • A dispute has arisen about the work done.
  1. Registration to Instapay can be canceled at any time by Worksome prior to the final payment to the freelancer’s bank account.
  • Reasons for canceling the agreement may be one of the following, but not exclusive:
  • Worksome considers the company’s credit rating to be too low
  • Worksome anticipates that the company will not pay, cf. point 12.
  • Worksome reserves the right to re-evaluate the Company’s creditworthiness prior to any payout regardless of the Company’s prior status and regardless of any previous Instapay payout under the same contract.
  • In the event that payments are made in Worksome’s own systems but not disbursed to the bank when the agreement is terminated, associated transactions in Worksome will be reversed and the freelancer will be released all fees related to the current Instapay payment.
  1. In addition, Worksome’s terms of use of the services and the standard agreement that the freelancer has entered into with Worksome and the company upon assuming the job always apply.
