Most companies have a system for their permanent team (an HRIS) but nothing for everyone who isn't an employee. Worksome is that system: one place to source, engage, classify, and pay contractors, freelancers, consultants, and the external talent you bring in through staffing agencies. It's built for mid-market and enterprise programs, typically 25 to 10,000 contractors, across procurement, talent, finance, and workforce teams.
Two models, and you pick the one that fits your program. Either a percentage of your total contractor spend, or a flat annual subscription. There are no per-contractor licenses, no per-seat fees, and no surprise charges layered on top. Final pricing depends on your contractor volume, the countries you operate in, and which add-ons you switch on, so every quote is tailored, not pulled off a rate card.
Spend-based works best when your contractor volume moves month to month, or when you're scaling fast and don't want to commit to a flat fee that may not match where your program lands. Fixed subscriptions work better at scale, when volume is predictable and finance wants budget certainty for the year.
