Worker Services Disclaimer
Worksome does not provide Worker Services and is not responsible for the performance of Worker Services contracted through the platform. As part of our Services, we provide worker recommendations, worker classification tools, identity verifications, pre-contract screening, customer service, dispute resolution and various other support programs. These offerings are solely informational, and you decide whether to follow our advice, recommendations, and assistance. While we help facilitate contracting for Worker Services, Worksome has no control over and does not guarantee the existence of, quality, safety, or legality of Worker Services nor does Worksome ensure the truth or accuracy of User content contained on the platform. We do not control or warrant the ability of Workers to perform Services, the ability of companies to pay for Worker Services, or any User’s ability to complete a transaction or perform contracted services.
Your Consent
By registering for a Worksome account you agree to be legally bound by, and your access to and use of the Services is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance and compliance with these Terms.
By clicking on the ‘I agree’ (or similar button or checkbox) that is presented to you at the time of your registration, and by continuing to use or access the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the Terms of Service, do not use or access the software.
Changes and Updates
Worksome may, from time to time, and at its sole discretion, update, add, improve, or remove any or all parts of the platform or Services.
Additionally, we may make changes to these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to periodically check for updates. Your use of Worksome’s sites and Services mean you accept these Terms of Service together with all updates and agree to be bound by them.

English Language Version Prevails
Except where prohibited by law, in the event multiple-language versions of these Terms of Service are available, the English language version shall be used when interpreting or construing these Terms of Service. Remedies
Any rights and remedies provided for in these Terms of Service are cumulative and are in addition to, not in lieu of, any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.
